If you experience the following database error, or similar, when logging into HearID or OtoStation:
Program Error [5] - The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine:
it is likely that Windows or Office has been recently upgraded or the driver is corrupted.
To fix this issue, Run Repair on Microsoft Access database engine 2010 from either the Control Panel
or from Programs
